No need to return: You get to keep the original pair. We encourage you to donate them to a local charity or pass them on to someone who can use them.

New pair, new size: We will immediately initiate the production and shipping of a brand-new pair in your correct size.

Minimal Service Charge: Because we are funding a second item for you, we only ask that you cover a $25.95 Processing & Re-Shipping Fee per pair.

Final Sale Terms
To maintain our commitment to offering high-quality shoes at unbeatable prices, our inventory is made-to-order and dispatched directly from our international manufacturing site. Due to this lean supply chain, we do not take back physical products for "change of mind" or sizing choices.
Defective or Incorrect Shipments
In the unlikely event that your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or you receive the wrong item, we will fix it at once!

Order Cancellation Policy
